Pregnancy Yoga
Every Sunday, 10:00–11:00 at Pippagina
Through gentle, mindful movement, breathwork, and relaxation, you'll find support for your changing body at every stag, easing common discomforts like back pain and tight hips, improving mobility and posture, and building the physical and mental tools you'll carry with you into birth. Every class offers modifications for all trimesters, with safety, comfort, and listening to your body always at the centre. But just as much as the movement, this class is about community. Small groups mean real personal attention and genuine connection, and after class, the mat rolls up and the tea comes out. Many of the friendships that start here last long beyond pregnancy. Whether you're completely new to yoga or continuing an existing practice, you are welcome here exactly as you are.

Baby is part of the practice: massage sequences, sensory elements, and movement that evolves as they do.
