Pregnancy Yoga offers gentle, supportive movement to help you feel strong, calm, and confident throughout your pregnancy. Classes are designed to support your changing body, ease common discomforts such as back pain and tight hips, and improve mobility and posture.Through mindful movement, breathwork, and relaxation, you’ll learn tools to reduce stress, connect with your baby, and prepare both physically and mentally for birth. Each class provides options suitable for all trimesters, with a focus on safety, comfort, and listening to your body.Whether you’re new to yoga or continuing an existing practice, Pregnancy Yoga offers a nurturing space to slow down, breathe deeply, and enjoy time just for you.​​

Postnatal Yoga Mommy & Me
Postnatal Yoga is a gentle and supportive class designed to help you reconnect with your body after birth. These sessions focus on rebuilding strength, improving core stability, easing tension, and supporting recovery in a safe and gradual way.You are welcome to come with your baby or attend on your own, whatever feels right for you. Babies are free to rest, feed, play, or join in as they wish, creating a relaxed and understanding environment with no pressure or expectations. Classes are open to mums with babies up to walking age. Alongside mindful movement and breathwork, classes offer space to unwind, restore energy, and connect with other mums. This is a calm, welcoming space to move, relax, and support your wellbeing as you navigate life after birth. ​​​

Is this class suitable for all stages of pregnancy?
Yes. The class is designed to support you throughout your entire pregnancy. Options and modifications are always offered so you can practice safely and comfortably at any stage.
Do I need prior yoga experience?
Not at all. This class is beginner-friendly and open to all levels, including those who are completely new to yoga.
What should I bring?
All materials are provided in the studio. Herbal tea and water are also available. Just come as you are and bring anything that helps you feel comfortable.
What should I wear?
Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. There’s no need for special yoga wear, simply choose something you feel good in.
Where does the class take place?
Classes are held at Pippagina, a warm, cozy and welcoming space dedicated to supporting women, pregnancy, and early parenthood. Please enter through the inner courtyard, the studio is the second white door on the right. Ring the bell if the door is closed.
How do I book and pay?
You can book individual classes or choose a package that suits you best. Packages can also be used for future postnatal yoga classes. Please note that purchasing a plan does not automatically book you into a class. Visit Bookings to select your class date and time.
