About the event

Less theory. More “what to actually do during labour". Preparing for birth doesn’t have to be overwhelming.

This 3-hour practical workshop is designed for couples who want to feel more confident, connected, and prepared for labour.

Instead of long theory, we focus on simple tools you can actually use during birth.

Together we will explore:

• labour positions that help the body work with contractions

• breathing techniques that support pain management • simple visualisations to stay calm, focused, and connected during labour

Full Spectrum Doula

Nella

Nella is a certified full-spectrum doula (DTI) based in the south of Munich, supporting families in English and Polish. Originally from Poland and now raising her son in Bavaria, she is passionate about helping parents-to-be feel informed, confident, and supported during pregnancy and early parenthood. Through her workshops, she creates warm spaces to learn, prepare, and connect with other families, especially for those building a life abroad 🤍

Pre & Postnatal Yoga Teacher

Elody

Elody is an Italian-French yoga instructor, doula, and life coach based in Munich. As a mother herself, she is passionate about supporting women through the transformative journey of pregnancy, birth, and motherhood, helping them reconnect with their inner strength and trust their bodies. Through her work, she creates nurturing spaces where women can feel supported, empowered, and aligned with the phase of life they are in ✨
